- Weekly stays from saturday h17:00 to saturday h10:00
- 1 or 2 night stays, subject to availability
- The following services are included in the rate: stove use, cleaning on arrival, standard cleaning on check out (excluding stove cleaning that will be charged separately), bed and bathroom linen, power, hot and cold water, television, heating.
- The following services are excluded and will be charged if required: additional apartment cleaning (€40,00 single room - €50,00 double room), bed and bathroom linen dayly change (€15,00 per person), small size pets (€7,00 each), cradle (€4,00 per day).
- Caution €300,00 to be paid on arrival, will be refounded after apartment check
- 20% discount on 2nd week stay
- Monthly rate available on request
- Bed & Breakfast or Half Board agreements with the restaurant available on request
